  • HSI Crusher Components:

    • Rotor: The rotor is the main component of the HSI crusher, consisting of a central shaft with discs and blow bars attached. It rotates at high speeds and impacts the material to break it down.

    • Blow Bars: These are attached to the rotor and are the primary tools for crushing. As the rotor spins, the blow bars strike the material, causing it to shatter.

    • Impact Plates: These are fixed around the rotor and act as a barrier, reflecting the material back towards the blow bars for further crushing.

  • Crushing Process:

    • As the rotor rotates at high speed, the blow bars impact the material fed into the crusher.

    • The impacted material is flung against the impact plates, which then directs it back towards the blow bars for additional crushing.

    • This process of repeated impacts and redirections continues until the material is reduced to the desired size.
